PRODUCT WARRANTY

General Warranty

Goods are warranted against defects in manufacture for one year. In no case is Liberty Building Products responsible for user-caused damage or damage incurred in installation. This warranty is void if the goods have been subjected to misapplication or abuse.

GEZSE Trade 1 Warranty* 7-Year Mechanical & Finish Warranty

EZSET Grade 1 lockset comes with a 7-year mechanical and finish warranty. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, warranting that the lock shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, other that normal wear to the lock. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions; abuse or misuse; deterioration due to the use of paint, solvents, or any other chemicals; or residential products used in commercial applications. Upon return of a confirmed defective product with an original paid receipt, the manufacturer shall either repair or replace the product. Under this warranty the manufacturer nor the supplier shall not be responsible for; any cost of removing the old lock, installing the new lock or any other additional costs.

 EZSET Grade 2 Warranty* 3-Year Mechanical & Finish Warranty

EZSET Grade 2 lockset comes with a 3-year mechanical and finish warranty.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, warranting that the lock shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, other that normal wear to the lock. This warranty does not cover scratches or abrasions; abuse or misuse; deterioration due to the use of paint, solvents, or any other chemicals; or residential products used in commercial applications.
